Solo Meditation

Service Description

These sessions incorporate different vibrational instruments, conscious breath-work and conversation, crystals and essential oils with a guided meditation. - Be sure to bring a yoga mat and/or inquire if you need one provided for you, we will stretch & set intentions before beginning - Please wear comfortable clothing to lay in - Sessions last about 60-75 minutes - Light fruit + refreshments provided

Cancellation Policy

If you’d like to cancel, please try to let me know a week in advance. Only 1 of 1 pieces are created and often more than one are being worked on at a time. Per classes, if you’d like to cancel please let me know two weeks in advance, for classes take much preparation
